Senior Building Surveyor
Ref: 0505/HD
Location: Leeds
A Senior Building Surveyor is required to join the Leeds Building Consultancy team based in Leeds. The applicant will have experience of due diligence (acquisition surveys and bank monitoring), project management and legal and occupational issues including dilapidations, cost assessments, party walls, fire precautions, etc. Candidates should have good communication and report writing skills. They should also be proficient in CAD, Word and Excel.
