Edward Symmons appointed by Administrators of Cube Hotels to sell Best Western West Grange and Salford Hall Hotels
Edward Symmons has been appointed by Zolfo Cooper, Joint Administrators of Cube Hotels Ltd, to sell two of its hotels – Best Western West Grange Hotel in Midgham, Newbury and Best Western Salford Hall at Evesham, Worcestershire.

The Salford Hall property comprises a grade I listed former manor house dating from the 15th century with a 17th century grade II listed former gatehouse, granary and barn. Close to Evesham and Stratford on Avon, the country house hotel has 36 ensuite bedrooms with bar, restaurant and three meeting rooms on a 2.5 acre site. The freehold is offered through Edward Symmons at an asking price of £2.25million.
The Best Western West Grange Hotel comprises 61 ensuite bedrooms with bar, restaurant and two conference rooms with a capacity of 30 and 80 respectively. The four star hotel occupies a prominent location on the A4 near Newbury and includes a staff house. The freehold is offered for approx £3million.
