Edward Symmons has been appointed to sell The Olde Barn Hotel in Marston, near Grantham.   The hotel, comprising 103 bedrooms, conference facilities and a leisure club with pool, is being marketed at an asking price of £3.1million, on the instructions of the Joint Administrators, PwC.
