Administrators of ETS appoint Edward Symmons to market freehold assets

This week, Edward Symmons Plymouth team has been appointed by Bishop Fleming, the Administrators of ETS (Helston) Limited, to market for sale the two freehold properties in Helston that ETS owned.

The two properties are the company’s former Head Office and storage depot, which is a modern detached industrial unit centrally located on Water-Ma-Trout Industrial Estate, and a retail premises in Helston town centre.

The 12,530 sq ft two-storey storage depot is on a site of more than an acre with substantial surfaced car parking and loading facilities to service the building. The second property, on Coinagehall Street, Helston, offers a rare opportunity to acquire the freehold interest in retail premises in the heart of the town.
