Edward Symmons secures sale of former ETS headquarters

Edward Symmons Plymouth team can announce that it has agreed the sale of the 12,500 sq ft former headquarters of Electrical and T.V. Services (Helston) Limited (“ETS”), which was placed into administration in May. Shelterbox Trust, an international disaster relief charity, secured the property from the Administrators of ETS, Bishop Fleming.

The building, which is located on Water-Ma-Trout Industrial Estate in Helston, is prominently located within its own secure yard with a ground floor area of 11,240 sq ft with first floor offices of 1,291 sq ft. Commenting on the sale, Peter Luff, Partner and Head of Edward Symmons’ Plymouth Office said: “It was an ideal match for Shelterbox who were desperately in need of more accommodation to assist in their charitable activities”.
