OVERALL RESPONSIBILITIES:

A Graduate Surveyor is required in our LondonOffice. The role will involve assisting with all forms of valuations for banking purposes along with general LPA Receivership and Asset Management work.

MAIN TASKS:

• Accompanied site and property inspections, preparation of site notes and measured surveys, planning and rating enquiries and market research
• Drafting valuation reports
• Assisting in general LPA Receivership and Asset Management work.
• Undertaking viewings

SKILLS & ATTRIBUTES:

• Knowledge of valuation techniques, legislation and economic principles
• Understanding of Residual Valuations
• Knowledge of planning and environmental issues
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Computer literate
• Driving licence

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Relevant Estate Management degree acceptable to RICS for APC purposes.
