Building Consultancy provides a full range of construction and property services from acquisition surveys, to development advice and project management, dilapidations and party wall matters. This is co-ordinated from our national network of nine offices.

In addition to practical knowledge of construction and costing, our surveyors have experience in specialist areas including dilapidations, party wall legislation, building and fire regulations. These specialisms allow us to assist landlords, tenants, owners, investors or developers on many complex construction and property related issues.

Experienced in a wide variety of properties including residential, commercial, offices, industrial, retail, hotel, leisure and places of worship, our work ranges from historic listed properties through to modern high tech buildings.
