Registered Property Receivers dealing with Fixed Charge Receiverships

The firm has a national network of 8 RICS Registered Property Receivers (also known as LPA Receivers) who are specialists in property insolvency and are able to assist in the recovery of Bank and other fixed charge and secured lending debts. Our fully trained team are all members of the RICS and NARA (The Association of Property and Fixed Charge Receivers) and have between them many years of experience in this specialist sector. Several of our partners have been taking appointments in this field for in excess of 15 years.

As well as acting as fixed charge receivers we offer pre-appointment advice and where appropriate arrange for management, security and insurance. We will provide advice on a recovery strategy including refinancing or loan restructuring. Several of our Partners are NHBC Certificated and therefore can deal with the build out of part completed residential projects. We are also able to give agency advice on disposal and exit strategy.
