CRIMSON HOTEL GROUP ADDS HOLIDAY INN WOKING TO ITS EXPANDING PORTFOLIO

The Crimson Hotel Group has acquired the Holiday Inn Woking. Edward Symmons Hospitality & Leisure acted for the hotel group in its acquisition of the 160-bedroom hotel, which was opened in 2001.

Edward Symmons Hospitality & Leisure has sold Kingsdown Park Holiday Village in Kent. The holiday park comprises a private beach and 6 hectares (15 acres) on a cliff top at Kingsdown near Deal, with two park buildings, 149 ‘A’ framed chalets and a private house. The asking price for this centre was £1.95 million.
