Career Planning/Performance Management
All individuals are encouraged to progress within the firm and a competency based career structure is made available to all staff. Although appraisal meetings take place on a yearly basis, we consider the development of individuals to be an ongoing process and staff are given the necessary guidance and coaching to achieve their own aspirations.
CPD
The Firm is committed to the continual development of its staff and undertake to support attendance at CPD events either in-house or externally. We are members of the CPD Foundation, and have access to over 100 lectures, covering an array of topics, every year.
