Appraisal meetings take place on a yearly basis giving staff an opportunity to discuss their individual aspirations. However, we consider the development of individuals to be an ongoing process and staff are given the necessary guidance and coaching to achieve their own goals.
Training
In certain circumstances we will support staff to gain a relevant qualification by providing financial assistance, together with appropriate study leave where applicable.
