Graduates
In an ever-changing business environment and highly competitive market we need to ensure that we recruit graduates who have the ability to contribute from day one. We need people who are team players with the drive and enthusiasm to succeed. Candidates will have excellent writing, communication and technical skills.
We welcome applications from both cognate (property related degree) and non-cognate graduates. Previous property related work experience is taken into account.
Structured Training
We value a graduate's ability to contribute and we therefore invest in their development by providing a structured training environment.
Edward Symmons is on the RICS (Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors) approved list of Employers offering structured training for the APC (Assessment of Professional Competence) and ATC (Assessment of Technical Competence). On joining Edward Symmons you will be assigned an APC Supervisor and Counsellor who will support you throughout your APC.
