We are a specialist team of business rates surveyors working to minimise our clients' rating liabilities. We can advise on all aspects of commercial and trading premises, and have a proven track record of successfully negotiating to achieve significant savings for our clients, across all sectors.
In addition to advising clients on (the common property types of) offices, industrial and retail premises, we have significant experience of specialist properties such as hotels, conference centres, public houses, restaurants, leisure and club facilities, health sector premises, public sector occupations including schools and other educational establishments.
With our highly skilled staff we also have significant experience of particular niche areas such as Plant and Machinery rating, which often applies to large industrial or operators of major networks.
