We have one of the largest teams of qualified RICS and NARA Registered Property Receivers (LPA Receivers) in the UK. We assist a significant number of the major high street banks and other lending institutions in the recovery of bank and other fixed charged and secured lending debts. We have been involved with this type of work since our inception, and although this recession is very different to previous recessions in living memory, our Receivers are highly skilled in the technicalities of the receivership process. Of equal value, we understand the great importance of maintaining a positive relationship with the lender’s customer.
